LAW... MINING CODE..

There's a mining code with rules or laws for mining where it is said to do when someone wants to explore a land and extract something from it. However there is also illegal mining where all they want is to exploit the land and pollute the environment in with it.

Mining Code: This Code aims of public interest to promote technical exploration and exploitation of mineral resources of state and private property; stimulate these activities in order to meet the requirements of internal and external demand for them since their use is done in harmony with the principles and rules of rational exploitation of non-renewable natural resources and the environment, within a comprehensive concept sustainable development and economic and social empowerment of the country. this code has eleven to twelve titles. What about illegal mining?

That is done without government permission, which are the most damaging to the environment and unsafe mines; why there is gold fever that exists in Colombia.
